If you’re looking for a luxurious holiday cottage in East Yorkshire, Dairy Cottage at Barmston Farm is exactly what you need.  Converted to the highest standard from a former dairy building, the 2 bedroom cottage is fully equipped and furnished with beautiful handmade wooden furniture throughout to give a charming rustic feel.

This quality accommodation features an entrance vestibule / boot room which leads into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and living area.  The kitchen, which was the former milking parlour, is furnished with:

• Integrated full size fridge and freezer
• Dishwasher
• Oven and separate grill
• Ceramic hob
• Microwave oven
• All crockery, cutlery, utensils, cups, glasses, etc are provided

The living room offers all of the home comforts you need with:

• TV with Freeview
• DVD player
• Hi Fi

There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage; bedroom one has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has bunk beds which are full size single beds.  All towels and bedding (duvets) are provided.

The modern bathroom has been built as a wet room, with a shower, under floor heating and a heated towel rail.

French doors lead out to an enclosed private courtyard with a BBQ and table and chairs so that you can relax in the peaceful country surroundings.

Parking is next to the cottage for easy access.

This holiday cottage is fully double glazed and centrally heated.

Disabled Access – Dairy Cottage is a single level building and has just one step at the entrance, and has been built with access in mind.  The wet room and wider doorways make it suitable for people with disabilities or mobility issues, and a ramp, shower chair, and other mobility aids are available.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

DOGS – Barmston Farm is dog friendly, and welcomes up to 2 well behaved dogs if you are staying in Dairy Cottage.  There are also fantastic dog walking facilities outside the park, and we have access to 200 acres of common pasture land.  Although we welcome pets, we do ask that they are not left alone in the accommodation.
